Terms of service

Effective 21 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and AQUAMAX PROPERTY COMPANY LIMITED ("we") for using the AquaMX Signage app and the console.aquamx.biz console (the "Service"). By using the Service you accept these terms. If you use it for a company or organisation, you confirm you may agree on its behalf.

1. The Service

The Service lets you pair Android screens with your account, set what they show, watch their status and control them remotely. Features marked "soon" are not available yet and may change.

2. Accounts

• You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for keeping access to it secure.
• You are responsible for setting each screen's admin PIN and for all activity under your account.

3. Plans and fees

• The Free plan covers one screen at no cost.
• Paid plans are priced per screen at the rates on this website on the day you subscribe, billed in advance monthly or yearly. Prices exclude VAT where it applies.
• You may cancel any time by telling us. A paid plan runs to the end of the period already paid; unused time is not refunded unless the law requires it.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; new prices apply from your next period.

4. Your content

• Content your screens show belongs to you or to whoever licensed it to you. You are responsible for it being lawful and not infringing anyone's rights.
• You allow us to process content and data only as needed to provide the Service.
• Do not use the Service to show unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful content.

5. Acceptable use

Do not try to access other people's screens or accounts, disrupt or overload the Service, or reverse-engineer, modify or resell the app without our written permission.

6. Availability

We work to keep the Service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Screens keep playing stored content during internet or service outages, but commands and alerts may be delayed. The device, power and internet at each screen are your responsibility.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or loss of revenue or data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or are more than 30 days overdue, with notice where we can. After termination, data is handled under our privacy policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and will announce material changes in advance by email or on this website. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Thai law, and Thai courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
