นโยบายนี้ใช้กับแอป AquaMX Signage บน Android (biz.aquamx.signage) เว็บไซต์ aquamx.biz และหน้าจัดการ console.aquamx.biz (รวมถึงที่อยู่เดิม aquamx.web.app) ตาม พ.ร.บ. คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA)

3. สิ่งที่เราไม่เก็บ
- แอปไม่ใช้กล้อง ไมโครโฟน ตำแหน่งที่ตั้ง รายชื่อติดต่อ ไฟล์ในเครื่อง หรือรหัสโฆษณา
- แอปไม่เก็บข้อมูลของคนที่เดินผ่านหรือดูจอ
- แอปไม่มีโฆษณา และเราไม่ขายข้อมูลของคุณ
เนื้อหาที่จอแสดงมาจากลิงก์ที่คุณกำหนด ถ้าเนื้อหานั้นมีแบบฟอร์มหรือเก็บข้อมูลผู้ชม ข้อมูลนั้นอยู่ภายใต้นโยบายของผู้ให้เนื้อหา
4. ฐานทางกฎหมาย
- ให้บริการตามที่คุณสมัครใช้ (การปฏิบัติตามสัญญา)
- ดูแลความปลอดภัยและป้องกันการใช้งานผิด (ประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย)
- ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายบัญชีและภาษี (หน้าที่ตามกฎหมาย)
5. ผู้ให้บริการประมวลผล
เราใช้ผู้ให้บริการต่อไปนี้ประมวลผลข้อมูลแทนเรา และไม่แบ่งปันข้อมูลกับบุคคลอื่นเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ของเขาเอง
- Google Firebase — เข้าสู่ระบบหน้าจัดการ โฮสติ้ง และช่องสื่อสารแบบเรียลไทม์
- Sanity — เก็บข้อมูลอุปกรณ์ การตั้งค่า และภาพหน้าจอ
- Netlify — เว็บไซต์และ API
- Resend — ส่งอีเมลแจ้งเตือน
ผู้ให้บริการบางรายมีเซิร์ฟเวอร์นอกประเทศไทย (เช่น สหรัฐอเมริกาหรือสหภาพยุโรป) เราจัดให้มีมาตรการคุ้มครองที่เหมาะสมตามที่ PDPA กำหนด
6. ความปลอดภัย
ข้อมูลส่งผ่านการเชื่อมต่อแบบเข้ารหัส (HTTPS) อุปกรณ์แต่ละเครื่องยืนยันตัวด้วยรหัสลับของตัวเอง และแต่ละบัญชีเห็นเฉพาะจอของตัวเอง
7. ระยะเวลาเก็บรักษา
เราเก็บข้อมูลอุปกรณ์ตลอดที่จอยังอยู่ในบัญชีของคุณ ภาพหน้าจอเก็บเฉพาะภาพล่าสุด เมื่อคุณลบจอออกจากหน้าจัดการ ข้อมูลอุปกรณ์จะถูกลบ ข้อมูลการเรียกเก็บเงินเก็บตามที่กฎหมายบัญชีกำหนด
8. คุกกี้และที่จัดเก็บในเบราว์เซอร์
เว็บไซต์และหน้าจัดการใช้ที่จัดเก็บในเบราว์เซอร์เท่าที่จำเป็น เช่น จดจำภาษาที่เลือกและสถานะการเข้าสู่ระบบ เราไม่ใช้คุกกี้โฆษณาหรือติดตามข้ามเว็บ
9. สิทธิของคุณ
คุณมีสิทธิขอเข้าถึง ขอสำเนา แก้ไข ลบ ระงับการใช้ คัดค้าน และขอโอนย้ายข้อมูลของคุณ ถอนความยินยอม และร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ส่งคำขอได้ที่ info@aquamx.co.th เราจะตอบภายใน 30 วัน
10. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย
เราอาจปรับปรุงนโยบายนี้เป็นครั้งคราว ฉบับล่าสุดจะอยู่บนหน้านี้พร้อมวันที่ปรับปรุง
Privacy policy

This policy covers the AquaMX Signage Android app (biz.aquamx.signage), the aquamx.biz website and the console.aquamx.biz management console (including its former address aquamx.web.app), under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

2. What we collect

3. What we do not collect
- The app does not use the camera, microphone, location, contacts, files on the device or the advertising ID.
- The app collects nothing about people walking past or watching the screen.
- The app shows no ads, and we do not sell your data.
The screen shows content from the URL you set. If that content has forms or collects viewer data, that data falls under the content provider's own policy.
4. Legal bases
- Providing the service you signed up for (contract)
- Keeping the service secure and preventing misuse (legitimate interest)
- Meeting accounting and tax law (legal obligation)
5. Processors
These providers process data on our behalf. We do not share your data with anyone for their own purposes.
- Google Firebase — console sign-in, hosting and a real-time channel
- Sanity — device data, settings and screenshots
- Netlify — website and API
- Resend — alert emails
Some providers run servers outside Thailand (for example in the US or EU). We put appropriate safeguards in place as the PDPA requires.
6. Security
Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS), each device authenticates with its own secret, and each account sees only its own screens.
7. Retention
We keep device data while the screen is in your account and only the latest screenshot. When you remove a screen in the console, its device data is deleted. Billing records are kept as accounting law requires.
8. Cookies and browser storage
The website and console use browser storage only as needed — for example to remember your language and keep you signed in. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
9. Your rights
You may ask to access, copy, correct, delete, restrict, object to or port your data, withdraw consent, and complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee. Send requests to info@aquamx.co.th; we reply within 30 days.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page with its date.
