วิธีติดตั้ง AquaMX Signage

ใช้เวลาประมาณ 10 นาทีต่อจอ

สิ่งที่ต้องมี

  • จอที่เป็น Android 11 ขึ้นไป: กล่อง Android TV แท็บเล็ต หรือจอ Android ในตัว
  • อินเทอร์เน็ต (Wi‑Fi หรือสาย LAN)
  • บัญชี Google สำหรับเข้าหน้าจัดการ

1. ลงแอปบนจอ

แอป AquaMX Signage กำลังจะขึ้น Google Play เร็ว ๆ นี้ ระหว่างนี้ ขอไฟล์ติดตั้งจากเรา หรือทัก LINE @aquamx

2. เปิดแอปและจับคู่

  1. เปิดแอป AquaMX Signage จอจะแสดง รหัสจับคู่ 6 ตัว
  2. ถ้ามีหน้าต่าง "Keep the screen running" ขึ้นมา กด Open settings แล้วเปิด "แสดงทับแอปอื่น" (Display over other apps) ให้ AquaMX Signage ข้อนี้ทำให้แอปเปิดตัวเองกลับมาได้หลังรีสตาร์ตหรือค้าง
  3. บนคอมหรือมือถือ เข้า console.aquamx.biz แล้วกด Sign in with Google
  4. กด add device พิมพ์รหัสที่ขึ้นบนจอ ใส่ลิงก์เนื้อหาที่ต้องการให้จอแสดงในช่อง content url ตั้งชื่อและสถานที่ได้ตามต้องการ แล้วกด pair
  5. ภายในประมาณ 30 วินาที จอจะออกจากหน้ารหัสและเริ่มเล่นเนื้อหาเต็มจอ

3. ให้แอปเปิดเองเมื่อเปิดเครื่อง

ตั้ง AquaMX Signage เป็นแอปหน้าแรก (Home app) เพื่อให้จอกลับมาเล่นเองทุกครั้งที่เปิดเครื่องหรือไฟดับแล้วกลับมา

  1. กดปุ่ม Home บนรีโมตหรือบนจอ ถ้ามีหน้าต่างให้เลือกแอปหน้าแรก เลือก AquaMX Signage แล้วกด Always / ทุกครั้ง
  2. ถ้าไม่มีหน้าต่างขึ้น ไปที่ ตั้งค่า → แอป → แอปเริ่มต้น → แอปหน้าแรก แล้วเลือก AquaMX Signage (ชื่อเมนูต่างกันเล็กน้อยตามยี่ห้อ)

4. ล็อกหน้าจอ (ไม่บังคับ)

  1. ในหน้าจัดการ เปิดจอนั้น → settings → ตั้ง admin PIN ของคุณ (มีผลภายในประมาณ 2 นาที) แอปจะไม่ยอมล็อกถ้ายังใช้ PIN เริ่มต้น
  2. ที่จอ แตะหน้าจอ 7 ครั้งภายใน 4 วินาที เพื่อเปิดแป้น PIN ใส่ PIN แล้วเลือกล็อก หรือสั่ง lock จากหน้าจัดการ
  3. Android จะถามยืนยันการปักหมุดแอป (screen pinning) หนึ่งครั้ง กดยืนยัน

ปลดล็อกได้ด้วยวิธีเดียวกัน: แตะ 7 ครั้งแล้วใส่ PIN หรือสั่ง unlock จากหน้าจัดการ

ล็อกเต็มรูปแบบ (device owner) สำหรับผู้ติดตั้ง

ถ้าต้องการล็อกแบบไม่มีหน้าต่างปักหมุด ปุ่ม Home Back และ Recents ใช้ไม่ได้เลย และให้แอปรีสตาร์ตเครื่องได้จากหน้าจัดการ ให้ตั้งแอปเป็น device owner ตอนติดตั้ง ต้องทำบนเครื่องที่ยังไม่มีบัญชีใด ๆ (ปกติคือหลังรีเซ็ตโรงงาน) และเปิด USB debugging แล้ว:

adb shell dpm set-device-owner biz.aquamx.signage/biz.aquamx.homeapp.KioskAdminReceiver

เมื่อตั้งเป็น device owner แล้ว ไม่ต้องเปิด "แสดงทับแอปอื่น" ถ้าไม่สะดวกทำเอง เรามีกล่องที่ตั้งค่าเสร็จพร้อมส่ง ติดต่อเรา

5. ดูแลจอจากหน้าจัดการ

  • ดูสถานะออนไลน์ เวลาที่รายงานล่าสุด และภาพหน้าจอปัจจุบัน
  • สั่งโหลดใหม่ รีสตาร์ตแอป ขึ้นข้อความ หรือเปิดหน้าปิดปรับปรุง
  • ตั้งเวลาเปิดและปิดจอ
  • รับอีเมลเมื่อจอหยุดรายงานสถานะ และเมื่อกลับมา

แก้ปัญหาเบื้องต้น

จอค้างที่หน้ารหัสเช็กอินเทอร์เน็ตของจอ และพิมพ์รหัสให้ตรงกับที่ขึ้นบนจอตอนนี้ทุกตัว
หลังรีสตาร์ตแล้วจออยู่ที่หน้า launcherตั้ง AquaMX Signage เป็นแอปหน้าแรก (ข้อ 3) และอนุญาต "แสดงทับแอปอื่น" (ข้อ 2)
จอขาวหรือเนื้อหาไม่ขึ้นเปิดลิงก์ content url ในเบราว์เซอร์ว่าเปิดได้ แล้วกด reload จากหน้าจัดการ
ลืม PINตั้ง PIN ใหม่ในหน้าจัดการ แล้วสั่ง unlock

Setting up AquaMX Signage

About 10 minutes per screen

What you need

  • A screen running Android 11 or later: an Android TV box, tablet or Android signage display
  • Internet (Wi‑Fi or LAN)
  • A Google account to sign in to the console

1. Install the app on the screen

AquaMX Signage is coming to Google Play soon. Until then, ask us for the installer or message LINE @aquamx.

2. Open the app and pair it

  1. Open AquaMX Signage. The screen shows a 6-character pairing code.
  2. If a "Keep the screen running" dialog appears, tap Open settings and turn on "Display over other apps" for AquaMX Signage. This lets the app reopen itself after a restart or a freeze.
  3. On a computer or phone, go to console.aquamx.biz and sign in with Google.
  4. Tap add device, type the code from the screen, paste the web page the screen should show into content url, add a label and location if you like, and tap pair.
  5. Within about 30 seconds the screen leaves the pairing code and plays your content full screen.

3. Start the app when the device starts

Make AquaMX Signage the Home app so the screen comes back by itself after every power cut or restart.

  1. Press Home on the remote or the screen. If Android asks which Home app to use, pick AquaMX Signage and tap Always.
  2. If nothing asks, go to Settings → Apps → Default apps → Home app and pick AquaMX Signage (menu names vary a little by brand).

4. Lock the screen (optional)

  1. In the console, open the screen → settings → set your admin PIN (applies within about 2 minutes). The app refuses to lock while the default PIN is in place.
  2. On the screen, tap 7 times within 4 seconds to open the PIN pad, enter the PIN and choose lock — or send "lock" from the console.
  3. Android asks once to confirm screen pinning. Confirm it.

Unlock the same way: 7 taps and your PIN, or "unlock" from the console.

Full lock (device owner) — for installers

For a lock with no pinning prompt, where Home, Back and Recents do nothing and the console can reboot the device, make the app the device owner during installation. This only works on a device with no accounts added (normally right after a factory reset) and with USB debugging on:

adb shell dpm set-device-owner biz.aquamx.signage/biz.aquamx.homeapp.KioskAdminReceiver

A device-owner install does not need "Display over other apps". If you would rather not do this yourself, we ship boxes ready to go — contact us.

5. Look after screens from the console

  • See whether each screen is online, when it last reported, and a live screenshot
  • Reload, restart the app, show a message or a maintenance page
  • Set on and off hours
  • Get an email when a screen stops reporting, and when it is back

Troubleshooting
